This supplement is available in two targeted formulas to help address vitamin D deficiency. ADK 5 contains 5,000 IU (125 mcg) of vitamin D3 per capsule and ADK 10 contains 10,000 IU (250 mcg) of vitamin D3 per capsule.

Vitamin D3 125mcg (5,000 IU) or 250mcg (10,000 IU) Vitamin K2 500mcg

RECOMMENDED DOSING:
1 capsule/day with food
Take with fatty meal (fat soluble)

Serum level less than 35 ng/mL ADK 10 for 90 days then ADK 5 daily as a maintenance dose
Do not take during pregnancy; recommend D3 only
